DAY ONE

Leadership

Regardless of the type or purpose of an organization the success or failure rests on LEADERSHIP. Great leadership must be developed through self reflection, humility and discipline. A company is only as limited as it's leaders.

Culture

Culture is the glue that holds a company together through a common purpose, ethic and standard of behavior. It's what keeps the team through feast or famine. The best cultures are built proactively and championed as a company's greatest asset.

BHAG

The Big, Hairy, Audacious, Goal is the mountain that the company is trying to climb. The destination that all paths are oriented against. Without a BHAG, all success and failure terminate on themselves without any greater purpose or meaning.

Situational Analysis

Before we can set off on our mission, we need to know where we are and what our current state is. Where are we weak and where are we strong in all areas of the company?

S.W.O.T Analysis

Our Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats will reveal what can be leveraged as an advantage and what might bring it all down that should be watched out for.

Internal DNA

The foundation of the company is what holds everything else up. The stronger the foundation the greater chance of success. Internal DNA are the bones of the company without which nothing will stand for long.

External DNA

The forward facing components of the company are where the rubber meets the road. External DNA is the get-it-done side of the business where action is required and rewarded.

Strategic Vision

A Strategic Vision isn't simply a wing and a prayer or a hope for tomorrow, it's a clear picture of a destination and how the company is going to get there. A Strategic Vision requires determination, creativity and agility.

Annual Plan

Ground Zero is where it starts. What must be done in the next 12 months. Time is ticking and stops for no one.

Quarterly Plan

Ask, quite literally, " What are we doing tomorrow? AND each day after?"
